An expert panel of six judges selected Chiropractic Balance as one of four finalists in New Zealand for the 2016 Chiropractic Excellence awards. To be eligible, we had to enter a 15 page document outlining 5 areas of our business: Customer Service, Innovation, Marketing, Community Contribution and Leadership.

Last weekend Dr Roz Griffiths and the other 3 finalists gave a short presentation about their businesses at the annual NZ AGM conference. The overall winner was decided by a vote from the audience. We did a great job and got a lot of great feedback but unfortunately we were disappointed to come second by one vote!

It’s great to know that our Chiropractors and staff are doing an awesome job. Going through this process has taught us a lot and we have gained ideas about how to evolve and be even better. We aim to conitunously improve our customer experience.
