Back Strength

The stronger the muscles are around our spine the better they can support ideal alignment, just like scaffolding on a building.

Due to inactivity and poor ergonomics, many of us have de-conditioned back muscles that need to be fired up and strengthened to allow us to minimise pain as well as maintain optimal posture and spine alignment.

The basic exercises include:

  1. Firing your upper back muscles

2. Firing your lower back muscles


By doing a few minutes of back strength exercises 3 or more times a week, you can significantly increase the stability of your spine.
